Animation Draw 10, SCAD screenings and an adjunct position, Bizarro Sat Morn 6, etc!

Animation Draw 10 will be Saturday, March 13th, from 3pm to 7pm at WonderRoot, located at 982 Memorial Dr.

I bring paper, light tables, and markers, and you draw! No experience necessary, and you can show up anytime during the event.

Bizarro Sat Morn 6: It Came from Japan! is on Tuesday, March 16th at 7:30pm, at Plaza. It's hand-picked cartoons and films from C. Martin Croker's vast 16mm archives; this one will feature old-school anime and weird Japanese sci-fi!



There's also Bizarro Sat Morn Halloween Show Encore on Saturday March 20, 2010, at 3pm, at Plaza.

1.) I'll be sending flyers (either email or mail...depending on if the printing department hits a deadline) of our upcoming Animation Screening: AtlantAmation. April 9th, 7pm. It is being held at the Strand Theater in Marietta. I'm so very excited about it. It is open to all - feel free to broadcast it to everyone you want to.

Savannah College of Art and Design's Animation department cordially invites you to join in a celebration of their animated works at the Earl Smith Strand Theatre in historic Marietta Georgia. The animated shorts will feature the world premier of "Jaguar McGuire (and his cat)", a 4 minute short film that will have you roaring with laughter. The showcase is the culmination of top undergraduate and graduate work from SCAD Atlanta. The screening will be followed by Q&A with the film makers.
